We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally or to the United States. All orders ship from British Columbia.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order. Home décor items vary considerably in size — rates reflect the actual cost of shipping your pieces safely.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or for larger items requiring special packaging, this may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including your tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Canada Post service disruptions or weather events may cause delays.
We pack our pieces carefully. Fragile items — ceramics, glass, and decorative objects — are wrapped and boxed with appropriate cushioning for transit. Larger or heavier pieces may ship via freight or with additional handling. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@shroomdosage.com.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@shroomdosage.com and we will resolve it. See our return policy for details on damaged items.
