We sell psilocybin mushrooms. In Canada. You ate them. There is nothing to return. We mean this with full affection and zero judgment — but the nature of the product makes a return policy a genuinely surreal concept, and we think you already knew that when you clicked over here.
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or you received the wrong item entirely — that’s on us and we’ll make it right. Send us a note at hello@shroomdosage.com with your order number and a quick description. We’ll sort it out.
We’re a small operation and we take our orders seriously. If something went wrong on our end, we want to know about it.
Refunds on consumed product, change-of-mind returns, or anything involving “the trip wasn’t what I expected” — these are outside our control and, honestly, outside the laws of physics. The calculator on our homepage exists precisely to help you go in with a reasonable expectation. Use it.
